SECTOR-31, PANCHKULA

Haryana Housing Board is developing up Group Housing Scheme in Sector-31, Panchkula which is located at Panchkula - Saharanpur NH 344 National Highway.  It is located at the foot hills of Morni Hills with sprawling green pastures at its back.

          This scheme is for defence personals and the total flats are 711 in 3 different pockets namely GH-2, GH-3 and GH-5.  There are two type of flats which are being constructing Type-A – 720 Sq. Ft. And Type-B-645 Sq. Ft..  Out of these 700 flats 40% has already been completed and allotted to intact applicants  and possession has already been given.  The GH-2 pocket is complete and the work of GH-3 is in the advance stage of completion with tentative date of completion being by the end of current year i.e. 2020.  The Board is working to give conditional possession to the allottees in this very pocket to allow the allottees to shift and live in their own spaces.

          The tender work of GH-5 pocket is complete and the work in this pocket will start very soon.  Housing Board endeavours to complete the project in time and will up-date the progress on the web site alongwith the photographs.
